The New Covenant

If I wrote "man" on the left side of a sheet of paper, and "God" on the right, and drew a bridge between man and God, where would you put yourself on the paper? Would you be on man's side of the bridge, or on God's side? The Bible says, "For Christ died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit." Christ was holy and righteous before God. When we are most honest, we admit that we don't live up to all that we know is right. Christ, the righteous one died for us, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God.

Christ is the bridge to God; He died on the cross so that He might bring us to God. Where are you? On man's side? Part way across, but hesitating? Jesus will bring you to God's side, to God Himself, if you believe Him. Are you willing to entrust yourself to Jesus Christ? He offers you the forgiveness of sin and the gift of His Holy Spirit, His very life, living in you. Are you willing to believe Him?

"This is the work of God, that you believe on Him whom He sent." "For Christ died for sins, once for all... that He might bring us to God." If you want Jesus Christ to bring you to God, pray and entrust yourself to Him. Believe Him, and He will give you God's very life, living inside of you.
